How to increase the accuracy of the soldiers?

They have no accuracy. They always hit, and always do x damage, and always attack in the same order.

You just need to make sure you send enough units for the attack.

But that x is randomized. This is why minimum and maximum damage point. So they have accuracy, just fix, not scalable...
