    ive been waiting for 2 hours now and no gems, i bought 2 packages and should be 8000 gems ritcher but nothing recieved as off yet

    Hey guys, there is appears to be a heavy server load created by the demand for gems! If you still haven't received your gems by the morning please contact Support
    I'm more than likely working right now.

    Over 2 hrs now and no gems as yet, only advise i can give is the following....

    If you paid via PayPal you should receive 2 order / payment confirmation emails, 1 from PayPal confirming your payment to PlaySpan and 1 from UltimatePay, both have a transaction number within them, keep these 2 emails safe in-case you need to contact support.

    As yet I've still only received the PayPal Confirmation Email and nothing from UltimatePay

    I have now raised a dispute with paypal and asked for my accout with settlers to be closed.

    Been waiting over 3 hours for gems after PayPal payment (confirmed and completed at Paypal)... any reasons and explanations will be much appreciated!

    Thanks peck_ed... but this must be a first! Normally gems are credited within a couple of minutes.....

    Thanks, I bought my gems then had to go out, just logged back in and wondered what on earth had happened to them Hope they arrive soon!
