Why can't I invite a friend?

Hey Dellamorrte, where are you trying to do this from? How do you know your friend hasn't been invited?

Hey. Bottom of the screen were it says "add a friend" but it does'nt work Can't write his name, can't invite him via e-mail. He has not recieved an invite he says.

Hey, have you tried from here (believe this is where it redirects you)? Also get your friend to maybe check things like their junk mail folder, do they maybe have another email address they can try from?

Yes I have tried that, but when I write his email address it says "another player is already registered under this email address". Thx for your help

I cannot invite my friend too. Is there any solution to this problem?

I had the same problem with a friend.

The issue is the following:

When a new person starts playing settlers online, the game is asking you where you want to play, e.g. New Foundland.
At that time, you have no clue what this is about since this is not mentioned. So you just select one at random.
However, if your friend does the same thing, but selects something other than New Foundland, then you cannot invite each other. Such is only possible if both players are in the same database (here: New Foundland).

Since there is no possibility to switch from New Foundland to something else, you have only one option: delete your account and start again.
Big question is: how do you delete it? I didn't find this option either.
