Server zone crashed

Oh joy, looks like I have the same problem. Moving stuff around and then got kicked out and cant get back in. I see a script is run around 2am each day, I was locked out around 5am so a long time to wait

Does production stop on the island affected? I hope so otherwise I'm going to run out of a few things and it'll take days to get it back up.

Ouch. If no-one buffs you production *should* keep running for 24 hours(ish) then pause on its own, if a friend buffs it will keep going for a good while (72 hours is the usual number quoted) and if they buff daily it'll run until everything is full or collapsed.

It occurred to me that if this is such a common problem as a forum search shows it to be, perhaps BB should be a little more proactive and put out a news post about the possibility of getting this problem if you move items around.

And I am here again. Again placing silo in S7, again on Wednesday. Again zone crashed error. During the week I placed and moved several silos without any issue, even in S7.

@Iolathe - friends cannot buff, they receive the same error when accessing crashed island.

Oh ugh, I didn't realise that was so for everyone with the bug. That's many times worse then. :/

Problem fixed by nice chap at support, got on before everything ran out

Today I bought a village school and when I tried to place it, bang : "An error was detected on this zone. Please try again !"
I mailed to support. I hope this will get fix because I can't log in. It is annoying.

Sorry to add but normally your friend cant visit your island when you have had the server zone crash. You and everyone else is locked out of your island....

Yep, osadnicek mentioned that fishslice, I hadn't realised it was quite so *thorough* a bug. And for everyone. Ouch².

And again it is fixed in the morning. Hard to tell if regular Thursday maintenance fixed it or nightly script. But to be on the safe side, I will do anything with silos only on Wednesday night

Can you give more details ? So far nobody got any real help on this issue from support.
