Server zone crashed

Andre, I had zone crash first time today and it was exactly as you say - when I placed silo. Funny thing is I have over 20 silos, never had a problem. Now I wonder if my problem will be fixed during night. I sent email to support at 10, no response, just the automatic ticket opening. and they will be gone in 13 minutes.

I have about sixteen silos and the problem only happened putting the last two silo that I bought down (8 or 9 in the same run). The error was fixed two time during the night but then I wanted to place the silo again and the problem was back again. The second time I made sure everything was ready for it (generals back on the island, wheat fields replaced, mine shut down etc.). If it's the same problem as I had there is a good chance you will be playing tomorrow but I warn you; use the silo and your back in trouble. I finally received a reply from support asking me if I still had problems. I explained them what exactly happened and proposed to delete the silo (lost one in the crash) if they refunded them and see if new silos are okay. No reply since...

This is a strange bug to tackle guys.

We are patient people but we need feedback and reassurance that things will be fine and lost items will be refunded, people would be a lot less annoyed I guess. Even if the techs can't fix the problem right away, keep us in the loop and people will respect that.

For the record, i have never ever had an silo on my island. At the moment i got the error, i was building wells and my generals (13, so there isnt much space for them) was returning from BK. Maybe something happened when they landed.

My zone is fixed after the night. Silo is where I placed it. I have two more silos in star menu....

Good news, i got my veterans back after maintenance.
Bad news, my army is still missing. According to population counter in top many i do have them. They are just invisible.

My problems seem to be solved for now but I didn't try to build another silo. My lost silo was refunded by support (which I'm grateful for) and I will try to replace it tonight. I will post whether or not it is fixed...

I had bought several more silo's and placed and upgraded them without problems in sector 5. Then I figured I try to place the last of 11 silo's in sector 3, the sector that has been giving me this problem three times before and it went wrong again, same error, same crash. So for me the problem is clearly sector 3. I have build wheat fields in that sector today so it seems like the silo (perhaps other deeds to) is the culprit. I was able to upgrade all silos in sector 3 so once they are placed they seem to work well. I also mailed this to support, hopefully this will give them some more insight in this problem.
