can you post what they did as i still have a member that is locked out this is now day 6 and if you visit thier island it will kick you saying zone error.Even though support have said it is fixed 2 times now and it is not.they just send the same email so proves that they are not really looking at it.I was hoping that it would of been fixed by maintenace but no .Still nothing from Blue Byte it is a shame that you dont talk to your paying customers.

There's a new patch been deployed that will fix this problem. The next version (mid February) will include several fixes and this will be fixed.

"This fix" being the one we are all relying so heavily on to fix, well, far more than was originally mentioned:

While "until the deploy of this fix, don´t place it in your island just yet." is not smashingly helpful it seems to be the best advice so far. :/

I have the same problem around 8 hours or so.An error was detected on this zone.can anyone help?

I got this same bug today, very annoying. Was replacing some angel statue and then clicked Merchant. Now I'm unable to play and that "an error detected on zone" popup everytime I try to enter the game. Hope that BB fix this in next maintance.

same here with angel statue in S1. can't go back in.12 hours now or so.

I had this bug and contacted support, it fixed itself the next day ... then I got mail from support 2 days later telling me I had managed to log on so it was ok now .... thanks guys I would never have worked that out. A friend has been locked out for a week .... support kindly offered to reset her L50 account to L1 to fix it ... thanks again guys.

I bought gems in the recent half price sale. They took an hour to arrive although payment was taken immediately. Mods said it was because the game is beta and an hour is not long .... we (The many people who were experiencing the same problem) pointed out that if the game is beta = don't work properly they should not take money to play, and that if we ordered a pizza online we would be eating it in 15 mins so how come an electronic transfer took so long. Immediately after this I got hit by the zone error so could not use the gems for 24 hrs. I pointed this out in my complaint to support but they ignored it in their previously mentioned pathetic reply ... thanks again guys. A little gift to say sorry would have worked wonders.

So ... that's the last money I spend on this game, [removed] until BB pay something other than peanuts to their support staff and get things working properly. Someone put forward the theory that the team that developed the game have moved on and the support team are not up to their standard, I strongly suspect he was right........ Pity, nice game, being ruined.

Just happened to me, was trying to build purchased nobles in, yep you guessed it, sector 3. so I am locked out. Not happy

I was locked out again two more times, always unlocked the next day. It was always when I placed silo in S7. It is quite random, I placed couple of them, no problem, then placed another one - bum, crash. Last time I placed three, it crashed after the third one and that one is missing now. So I am curious how support will be able to handle it. Not happy at all.

Same problem here.Moved recycling manufactory from S6 to S9 and now I can't log in.Says there is an error i requested zone and to try again which I did but nothing changes:-(
