Server zone crashed

Happened to me again today and I certainly am beginning to question the timing of the gem sale. What infuriates me (and disgusts me) is I am trying to place Noble houses, purchased by gems which were purchased with MY money. Not to mention I am losing a noble every time the game crashes. Support do not answer and mods and admin run around admonishing players and give no answers, so what do we do?

You should hear a reply from Support, they will also replace any noble houses you lose from this

Exactly the same happened to me at the last gem sale ... bought gems to get silos and got the zone error ... pretty sure I lost a silo but no point contacting support because they never help ...... but apparently he timing of the gem sale has nothing to do with anything else happening in the game. Or so I have been told........

This may change post 2AM (GMT) as they run a script to help clear some issues. If that doesn't change anything please send a message into Support and they should be able to help you

I got a server zone crash after placing the angel monument. Could not get into the game for hours now...

Yes, I know I SHOULD hear from them. But I haven't and I am not holding my breath because there has been no public communication regarding this bug so you can't help feel they just dont give two hoots. I can take that attitude also, so they have seen the last of my money. So in the end it is a loss for them and a win for my credit card

Same thing happened to me a few mins ago. I hope the script you say that unlocks the zones runs on maintenance nights too. Poor gc chain will run unbuffed :/

Rendor, DO contact Support on this. It happened to me on Saturday, I placed three silos, server crash, back on Sunday, one silo missing. I contacted support, it took time but they sent me replacement Silo today. They cannot help with zone crash, but they can (and will) help with lost building.
