Server zone crashed

Anyone know how i would go about getting my money back as in a way i have been sold something that does not work and if it where a shop i would get a refund.

No, as you will get your gems back if you reset, you still "have" them. But i agree with you, we should have that option. Game is unplayable.

I just got mail from a friend who had turned down the kind offer to reset their L50 account to L1 and had been promised (twice) that a maintenance would sort the problem. Guess what....... Another totally disillusioned player at the end of their tether.

Well if he reset he should get everything he needs to rebuild fast, including the xp for lvl 50 and everything he had in store, they keep a record of everything you have so it would be a case of killing the bandits on the island and building, I know as I did this from lvl 40, bit of a pain, but it looked like the only option if you want to keep playing, I was told many times it would be fixed, but I don't really think anyone looked at my zone.

If they gave xp it would be instantly back to L50? Not reset to L1???

I am getting this "there was an error detected on this zone. Please try again" every time I try to enter the game. I was putting down wheat fields and a noble residence when it crashed... This is the first day in a while I have been able to get online due to work and having a poorly child, and I can't even get on, very annoyed! Sort it out It may come back at 2am but thats no help to me!

Same problem, did some rework on my island and also got "there was an error detected on this zone. Please try again later". First time i had this and searched the forum just to find out this was a common problem. Hopefully I can get online tomorrow.
