Server zone crashed

Hey all, If u get the error the only solution is to wait till 2a.m. the next day, some cannot get back permanently!
There is a way round it though, I have not had the zone error msg since I tried this method and it has now worked for others! Ive had it twice.
If u buy anything from the shop ie, dec, building etc or get any building/statue in a reward or if u even demolish something to put somewhere else always "Refresh" your server.
I have moved/placed decs, nobles, watermills but ive always refreshed first and thankfully it hasnt come bk. This may not work for everyone though!

Support eventually sent me the silo I think I lost when I was locked out by the zone error after placing the silos I got with gems in the half price sale. Fair do's on that as I was honest that I was unsure and could not prove it. Sadly when I placed the new silo I got ... you guessed .. locked out by the zone error. I'm off to play some WOW.......

"Server zone error" this is a joke this is my 3rd time getting this error, this time its cos i was moving my silo's to a better position. Why-O-Why will BB not sort this prob out, this is the 18th page on this thread surely this is a priority now as its happening too many times to players of which if there were none BB would have no game. So keep the players happy and sort this out ASAP BB

I can see that this error is on server for almost 15 moths, and some script unlock it each day somewhere around midnight. Why it is not possible to make this script available as a redeem code and give each player chance to unlock his/her account without whole day waiting. It seems that mostly it happens when building/moving buildings bought by gems, so it is not big motivation to invest real money in this because of impossibility to build them and even play for long hours...

My Zone has crashed all day and still cant get in i was moving a noble house making room and it happened

This has happened for the past 2 consecutive days now, I only put a wheat field down and it crashed again. I can't wait till the 2am fix just so I can do something as simple as place a wheat field then have to wait 24 hrs before I can log in to my island again. What happens to adventures, will I get an extra day to complete them ??

Thanks for your reply, I contacted support yesterday. Just anxious to get back on my island.

Suport helped me ....i thought they fxed that area so i tried again....big mistake
