WHAT in Heavens name is an AC-Tower? Bowmen, of all kind, have a attack-bonus in such a tower. Can 1 build it? Or is it just something those various bandits possess?

WHAT in Heavens name is an AC-Tower? Bowmen, of all kind, have a attack-bonus in such a tower. Can 1 build it? Or is it just something those various bandits possess?
They get a defence bonus when in a tower, which isn't actually in the game (yet).
May be something laid in for PvP if it ever makes it.
