since we will get a dedicated trade tab channel, that move would free up global-3 for other stuff so auction channel is a good alternative for it. There isnt much of an auction culture on NFL- other servers do have frequent auctions though. Main reason NFL doesnt have auctions is the standpoint BB had in beta and early launch where auctions were actively discouraged/prohibited in trade channel and general chat. This changed later but by then i think the idea was mostly dead on NFL

G4 worked really well. But what helped was that we had common goal and were working together. So my preference would be for BB to offer similar events with targets based on us slightly bettering our past performance.
Complete xxx adventures this week and everyone on the server will receive a nice reward. That would also be good practice for the next inter-server competition.
I don't see why auctions cannot be held in the Trade channel (currently G3) but I love the idea of "more interesting" stuff likeTo make it more interesting... ask for highest or lowest bid as the winner

Great idea Blue, I'll hope BB will accept it and give us our own 'trade' channel, and maybe they're so good to give us a real 'trade tab'.

I agree with some opinions (as Tage's for example) tha we must have a permanent tab for this, so we can see global-3 also.
great idea Blue, it worked really well when we did the eotw event. Would be great if we had the chance to try it out.
I think this is a great Idea. It's really annoying to lose all your G-1 chat history just because you want to check for a trade.
