It's now almost been a month since i originally spoke to support about the fact we have not received a new guild quest

Its now 03/02/2013 when are these going to work again and when are we going to receive the compensation we deserve for not being able to complete the one tangible reward of being in a guild? An entire month were we could have earned some guild coins every day is now gone so we've missed out on getting jolly geo's before they are removed and the amount of res we could have earnt from triple buffs is staggeringHello EternalPink,

Hello
We completed our outstanding guild quest on Saturday in the early AM yet its
now Sunday AM after the daily quest has arrived and we've still not recieved
a new guild quest.
Usually if you've completed the outstanding one it shows up when the daily
quest does (work nights so i'm usually online when they are issued) but thats
not happened tonight and from speaking to other people in other guilds they
are having a similar problem

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch.
We had quite a few reports on the quest log issues, including missing guild quests, and unfortunately here on support all we can do is report the issue to the Devs.
They are investigating the issue and we hope to come with a solution as soon as possible.
Some of those issues have been fixed during the last maintenance, and we are hope that more will come soon.
In the meantime we apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience in this matter.
