Have been unable to 23 access trade hall to buy items (on level 23) has been like for 2 days

Bugs seems like the better place for this, unless I have misread it.

Do you (still) have a trade office?
If so, what is the reason you can't access the "trade hall"? Is the trade icon disabled, or does the game crash when you click it, or...?

1) you have built a Trade Office Y/N

If yes did you click the green refresh icon to list new trades as trades expire so best to refresh a lot.

if No,and you can't build it(icon greyed out in build menu),log out ,clear cache,log back in this might fix the problem
