Spawn - Recruiting
Spawn is a smaller, tight-knit guild, with a system of shared responsibility of governance. That's from guild matters, to guild forums.
All members opinions and thoughts are valued equally, from those with leader/officer placecards, to those without.
We give unselfishly of both time and resources to all members, and only ask that you do the same, if and when you are able to.
We are currently looking to up our numbers and bring more diversity to our guild.
The guild seeks individuals;
* - Who are -active- players
* - **Going to be committed to playing long term**
* - Who are not motivated by greed
* - Looking to help others aswell as progressing one's self
* - Aren't of abrasive character
* - Lvl 25+ (No age limit...judging by the chat channels, age is no indicator of maturity anyway.)
You should also be aware, that having all come from max capacity or very large guilds, we have no desire to ever become a guild of great numbers.
We are looking to genuinely help and progress -every member- and we feel that that is best done with our focus on fewer, rather than many. With that in mind, we have no plans to grow beyond 40 members at present, and as it stands, have 10 guild seats available.
