i refill 2 times a fish deposit with 1500 fishfood i don't get the green line for these buff

Most likely thing is you've overlooked something, but there could be any number of places where you've gone wrong. Most likely is that at least one of these is a waiting quest: see http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/t...sked-questions
Try the ingame help for the rest since it will be necessary to talk through exactly what you've done and what's happening.
I know this sounds daft but make sure its not a waiting quest cos i've done that then realised its a waiting one xx
