How come we can't sell or buy settlers, now that we can sell and buy things like buffs, adventures and depositrefills? Has this tradeoption been overlooked so as not to be compared with slavery, or has it just been overlooked?

more likely than not deliberate- this way there are incentives to buy schools, use provision house etc and have some limits in game
anyway- the game would get pointless if there are no choices to be made that impact adventures u can play and this happens to be one of em. I wouldnt like all things to be easily gotten/unlimited either
might change with pvp might..
