Does this imply that everyone will still retain the ability to buy 2 vet generals in the shop as well-

Looking forward to possible pvp implications if some people can exclusively retain 1 more vet general as they bought 1 vets + have 1 form previous easter or bought 2 vets in shop and can now get a 3th

So basically, does this mean the hard cap on veterans has raised to 3 and will after the event this be reflected in the shop cap as well?

Just dotting i's and crossing t's to ensure we have a level playing field when pvp shows up in TSO :P
