This whole thread from the US forum, with some excellent video captures, is worth a read: http://forum.thesettlersonline.net/t...l=1#post202158
The last video Sanii posted is painful to watch but it's good to know the issue has at least been reported and is known.
Edit in response to Barthamons edit.

Happened to me now too so removed the earlier post.
I have not been able to do Outlaws for months ... stopped trying as I lost expensive troops through block fails each and every time. Maybe when / if they fix this it will be worth a last attempt.
This makes me laugh in a bitter, hollow fashion:
They really do want us to stop thinking for ourselves.Just got a response from support to my ticket:
"Hello malacai17,
Thank you for sending in your question. We are aware the new patch has caused some new latency issues. The dev team is aware of this however, at this time we can only recommend the process of clearing your cookies and cache to help with this. Please also be aware that the tactic of blocking is not support by the support team of this game, as this was a player created tactic and was not intended by the development team. We strongly recommend attacking each camp in order that they are presented to you."
Sorry BB Support, "latency issues" are not the problem; generals teleporting and/or moving at the speed of light when another attack is in progress is the problem.
And it's not just the blocks, the whole game is acting like it. once again, ducking the issue.
We love our new CM.
Newfoundland: 20th November 2011 to 25th November 2014. RIP
It was good while it lasted.
Icegirl, have you read the whole thread? Including Meesherbeans comments. Whether you agree with their assessment of the cause or no that is not at all what has been said.
