Who's resources would they use and building licenses?
If it is only fields wells and deposits to rebuild where would the tools and planks come from?
Also I would not want to go away and return to discover that somebody who I thought I could trust had built all the gold mines but totally ignore copper and iron. plus some players have to juggle things around due to lack of building licenses so for a few days they may mine iron and the mine copper after that.
Poorly thought out idea and needs a lot of refinement.
I don't see this happening as it takes away from silos/wm need, at least to some degree... Would be a great addition nevertheless
