Does someone has an guide for Outlaws with losing less then 500 recruits for Quest
It's a well known quest, so some options are described in the killste guide. Or just send 499R, then use militia instead once you run out.
so "no" is the answer then ?

Use Killste guide and replace recruits with militia as has already been said. It's simple enough.
If at first you don't succeed, sky-diving is not for you.
1500 militia if you don't have a vet, enjoy. I won't even do outlaws losing 2k recruits so not doing it losing 1500 militia
the basic trick is bring 499R then fill up with M for the remaining losses
There is no way to complete it without loosing more than 500 troops.. and if the limit is on recruits you simply have to take the remaining losses in other troops.
also replace r to milita with ratio 3:2 so for example 30r = 20m, and remaining places use for better attack , cavalry or xbows
And the killiste guide DOES contain additional suggestions for completing the quest if you read it through carefully
