Server is not loading

when i click play now i get only the background blue screen and nothing else. any one facing the same issue it was working fine this morning

Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using another browser?

yes i tried, its not working on chrom nor the IE its not eveing giving me the loading bars i tried restarting clearing every thing

that all i get not even the loading for the server

i downloaded firefox and its working on it but still not working on chrom !!!!!
