Yes the events just like most others are there for them to make money, they do this so you pretty much have to buy eggs to complete it.
What happens if you get this quest for the last quest, if I was going to have this, I would rather have it first than last, still time to do the other ones, but getting it last, impossible to do in 3 days, without ex explorers, would have to buy 5 savage scouts with gems, but this is what BB want you to do, 150 eggs lost, not happy:-(((

From the last (total of) 6 medium searches I found just 3 eggs (on one hunt), but the quest counted only 1 egg ?! And this is not the only quest that has math problems counting
Do you happen to recall if the Eggs were in the same little window each time Viper9? Left or right I mean. As you say this has come up before and I'm wondering if that might have anything to do with it, * hypothesises* perhaps the game only recognises one window.
I am not sure I understand the question....the explorer found hard planks I think (left) and 3 egss on the right side of the planks
Cheers for the info, Viper9, that is exactly what I meant, though we often refer to my "little windows" as 'slots', sorry about that.
I have a sneaking suspicion it counts better when the required items are in Slot 1 but I'm not at all sure. Either way something's clearly off, if you haven't yet let Support know, after the standard "refresh/clear and cookies/relog". Counting to three shouldn't be quite so tricky.

I have not let support know. It can not count right (3) even after log out, refresh or things like that...this quest is painful
Aye, the Explorer ones do often try the patience. Still, they should *work*, if you send a ticket to Support they can probably help though it may be after the Easter weekend.
