Easter event - Quest: All the eggs!

Is this quest going to reset after a set number off days, allowing me to get to some of the other questchains?
The quest want me to aquire 500 eggs to complete, but the very small amount of eggs offered on TO is way out of my pricerange and the Explorer only brings back about 5 eggs per day.

Q. I don't think I'm going to finish this before the next one comes along, what will happen?!
A. If you don't complete your chain within 6 days, the next will appear as a waiting quest ready for when you finish your current one, however this will not be the case when the Easter Event finishes

It won't reset. Next quest chain will go into waiting status untill you complete the previous one.

So basically if I can't collect 500 eggs during the easter event - that's it? No other quest chains, since they will be in waiting?

I imagine you could cancel it and start the next chain you get, but you'll then miss out on the 110 Eggs you could get from your current chain

Thanks to all that answered. I do hope the cancelling part works if i haven't by a miracle been able to buy 495 more eggs until the next chain will appear in waiting.

Some chains can be done very quickly, which buys a little more time for the harder ones so make sure the new chain isn't one that can be done in a day before cancelling the first. We can only have one active and one waiting Quest though so if time does get tight and the third set is due... well, that's up to you. You can also try asking trusted friends for Egg loans, they may well find themselves in the same spot with their next chain.

I have problem with this quest. I acquire some eggs and I can see them in task window for some time, and then suddenly they just disappear and I have 0/500 eggs

The eggs will be deducted when you sell them or use them to buy something.
