I never heard anything back either but I did get 2nd and 3rd, but they were a few days later than everyone else.
But now I'm worried that I'm not going to get the last one before the event ends

Well I never did get the 4th chain. If I write a begging letter/ticket to support am I likely to get the eggs I so much deserve?
Or if I write a rant am I more likely?

I don't think you need to beg or have a rant, just explain the situation and Support will aid you from there! Always worth reporting issues like this

You're right peck_ed just I didn't have much hope after my 1st ticket had no reply, but you were right and BlueByte are very very lovely
