It would be nice if the times of explorer actions (mainly the longer ones, 12h+) were decreased by 15-30min, so that one can send them every day at the same times.

Decent Idea, a few minutes won't matter much on long cooldowns. Otherwise our explorers will eventually return while we're asleep one day :P
