Can't complete "Ranged units" quest

"join the army" quest is not starting - all the quests in "The Battle" are done and I'm level 34 now
any suggestions ?

There are no official solutions right now unfortunately.

The team is aware of this though and is working on a hot fix.

I can't unlock the last quest "Other islands". In order to unlock this I must complete the "Longbows" quest, but I do not have this quest in my quest book.

I also have this problem. The longbows quest is gone from the quest book.

The only difference is that I have already completed the Longbows quest but after I finished it, it dissapeared.

Same issue here. Tooltip on 'other islands' quest only mentions that Longbows must be completed.
Apparently there's a second condition not mentioned in the tooltip?

Have problem with this quest too...I've done what's been asked in the "other islands"-quest, but can't pay the resources...when I click the button nothing happens...however I get the reward for the main quest "ranged units"...and now I'm stucked with the "other islands"-quest
