I have more than 1 quest in my log that is completed yet cannot hand in, no submit button.
1 of which is a guild quest that 77 of us had to complete.

These are probably "waiting" quests. Another quest needs to be finished before you can finish this one. (Might be an invisible guild quest if you recently joined a guild, ask your fellow guild members).
