Server zone crash

I've been trying to log in for hours now and keep getting a error report. sever zone crash an error has been detected. then takes me to the homepage, any suggest on what is going on, and anyone else having this problem, I contacted support with no reply what can i do. Just want to log in

Have you tried clearing your web browser cache?

If that doesn't work try using a different web browser such as FireFox, Chrome, Safari etc.

Also a script is run each morning at 2am UK time, this may solve the problem.

same, and it's not my browser cache as i tried several computers. it's server side!

Unfortunatly this issue has been raised several times. There is a sticky thread in the bug forum here. But I'm afraid the only thing you can do is contact support and hope your island will be fixed by 2:00 am by the nightly script.

I can't get into game - zone failure message.... tried several times/rebooted/cleared cache
The obvious cause is that I tried (and failed) to move a watermill even though the prog accepted it.

I tried sending a message to support and failed = "A general error has occurred. Please refresh the page and try again." and again..and again...
Can someone forward this to support for me? would be appreciated!!
