    Sorry if there's a better thread for this. I know I saw one a while back but I can't find it now. Anywho, what's 'ingnore'?

    14th Apr 2013, still no chat. I messaged support, and they said I haven't been blocked/banned, and that it's probably my firewall or anti-virus, but I haven't ever touched the settings to them, nor do I know how to.
