[BUG] Server Zone Crashed - Can't Login

Well 10minutes ago i was all excited as i placed my 1st silo and now can't log in! Seems ridiculous having to wait until 2am for this to be resolved, have tried clearing cache, different browser etc but still the same. All my buildings were about to need buffing which means now this is costing me resources and more than likely i will return to it to find all my mines depleted, fields depleted, well pretty much everything will be. I have spent good money on this game and find it more than a little frustrating that this has happened to me on day one of the event, i'm not happy! And, in future i shall keep my money until BB start fixing these basic bugs...*clunk* wallet is now closed

Just got this error... all I was trying to do is go to the 3rd adventure for the anniversary event. So no more balloons can be made and I can't get on to my island or do the adventure... Not very happy
I have cleared the browser cache and refreshed and refreshed... still no joy!

Oh and for the record I was not moving anything. Only going to the adventure.

Update, I am now back in the game. Oh the relief, lol... much happier now

Yesterday I played a normal adventure.when I wanted to go home the game just crashed.when i eant to launch game the server writes to me: Start game server crashed

this is really not fair. i spend so much money on this game and now i cant log in for some server crash.im so disapointed

I started a Dark Priests adventure, sent 3 Generals with 600 troops then opened Trade Office and game crashed. I kept getting the Error in zone message every time i tried to log in. Cleared web cache and still same problem. After a couple hours i was able to log in so thought problem was solved but then noticed i had no active adventure, the Dark Priests is not in my star menu either and my Generals are nowhere to be found...

The adventure is still running and it can be found in your questbook at the bottom, tick the box and it will reappear on the right hand side of your game window as normal.

Thank you, don't know how i didn't notice that. But now that i found the adventure that opened up a new problem. There's only 2 Generals at the adv, checked both star menu and map and only 2 Generals. At home island there's no General in Star menu or map. The Gen that was carrying my soldiers is missing.

I've experienced this problem today.

I haven't moved anything on my map. Nor indeed have I done much of anything today except slap a few buffs down.

3 x L4 Gold Coinages, 10 x L3 Gold Coinages, 12 x L3 Gold Smelters all running unbuffed now - sort of reminds me of the fragile nature of this game. Having stored up the best part of 10K gold ore to run through my gold lines they are now going to run dry unbuffed.

Well I can console myself with the wonderful thought that I will get 100 tools and 100 pinewood compensation ;-)

Yup - anyone from my guild reads this - if I manage to get back on I will shut my island down and wait for this event to end before coming back to the game. Makes sense - the bugs have bugged me out. I'm not a tolerant person and I certainly am not staying around to have my time wasted in this way.

Addendum

I've had a nice long soak in the bath and had a little think. I've concluded that I have lost all confidence in the BB development team. I've also concluded I have two options.

1 ) Play on and "hope"

2 ) Stop playing.

My time here is up guys. The balance has moved away from hope and now sits firmly in my perception of reality. I'll not bore you all with minutia. Suffice to say it's time to make myself scarce. You've all made my time in game enjoyable, thank you.
