    What avarage time there is for resolve this problem ?

    It should be resolved within an hour, there's a script that runs once a night at either 2am or 3am UK time that fixes it. You'd have to be unlucky for it not to be fixed.

    Did anyone experience a server crash just now? - 16.07 at 12:50.

    I certainly haven't experienced any server crashes.

    Try clearing your web browser cache, if the problem persists please contact support .

    Still experience the same thing after clearing cache and even trying logging on from another computer.

    This is a known bug, a script runs at 2AM that helps clear it out, should you still not be automatically let in by 2AM, the Support team should pick up the ticket and help you with it. More information on the first page here

    This has just happened to me after placing a silo. Surely I don't have to wait until 2am tomorrow.

    The error is server-side - no amount of cache clearing or browser swapping or refreshing is ever going to help. Only the unlock script.

    It might also be possible to get this message due to outdated cache, so just try the steps mentioned here.
