Server Zone crashed

An error was detected on this zone. Please try again.

Cause

1. Moving certain special buildings like Watermills and Silos
2. Corrupt Cache/Browser Issue

Solution

1. Try to clear your cache in your browser
2. Try an alternative browser
3. Wait until 2AM (BST) when a script runs to help clear this issue
4. Contact Support and explain the situation

Prevention

1. Try to refresh before you place special gem buildings/decorations

Same thing happened to me when I placed the rabbit statue. Cleared the cache, still no joy.
I hope my loot spot buyers will be tolerant of waiting till 2am
And no chance of shutting down the gold chain when the buffs run out...

That rabbit statue has made me an unhappy bunny...

Thank you very much BB 11 minutes before maintenance i cant log in and it is a problem. end of the easter event . cant do buffing and cant delete last minutes trades
. i lost conenction but no cant log in it says already maintenance although it is still 10 minutes left. Should compensate me for that.

Why haven't BB fixed this problem, another friend has this error today and I get kicked just trying to visit his island.

The zone of one of my guild mates just crashed when I clicked on his gold smelter, trying to buff it with a red flying settler. I can't get to his island anymore, and he can't login anymore.

Some more info:
The gold smelter was in sector 6, near the border with s9. It was zzz-ing. The Red Flying Settler didn't "stick" so it's still in my star menu. It was also the only buff I was doing. I received a Red Flying Settler by mail, then switched to his island, the shortcut "6" wasn't working so I had to drag may way over there. Then I took a Red Flying Settler from my star (not necessarily the one I just received by mail) and clicked on the gold smelter, which instantly resulted in a zone crash.
