We didn't get an update last night, just regular maintenance

And..... that makes it OK? What is Maintenance? If not to fix things? I guess you can't fix something if you do not know how to fix it or what is wrong. :-(

Maintenance fixes a few things, but no big updates are placed in the code that would fix issues like the one listed, you can find more information in the video below

So even though this is a major pain, and the arrow keep popping up from every 20 sec to every 20 min, continuously, every day, all the time, you plan to do nothing about it? No plans to fix this in the near future? So we just have to live with it? Why, if this problem has been reported so many times, for so long, has it not been fixed? If you check post #88 I stated that it's been listed as fixed in the Test Server change log and we should also see it shortly, maybe expect it for the first maintenance after this event

The quest ends in 5 days, so it will be fixed in 7 days time, which is next maintenance. Great! I can wait that long

How many times has it been said, that this issue will be fixed with the next maintenance? I will believe it, when it is fixed. I would also like to know why it has been allowed to go on like this for so long. Not happy, not good enough. If it could be fixed before, why leave it for so long?

Every day there is a problem with the Quest Book.

I have a quest that shows as completed yet it won't give me the rewards (See attachment 1.jpg)

The Quest "Death to the leaders" is still coming up every day even though it is completed, this has been going on for months and months, after all the weekly maintenance issues you would think this would have been fixed by now. (See attachment 2.jpg).
I know we've been told that the developers are aware of this bug but are they actually doing anything about it, it appears not, and for me to spend money on this game it makes it more frustrating that we see the developers creating new features but not fixing the current bugs.

I really think you need to do something proactive with the quest book, everyday there is an issue with this system and after all updates it doesn't improve and the issues have been going on for months, even years for some people.

Every day there is a problem with the Quest Book.

Looking at (See attachment 1.jpg) I see it is listed in the "Waiting Quest" section of your Quest Book.
"Waiting Quests" cannot be completed, but are waiting till you finish your current Daily Quest (in your case "Traitors").
(The new Daily Guild Quest will also be placed in the "Waiting Quest" section while there is another Daily Guild Quest still active.)
