I am aware that payment problems when buying gems are not the fault of Blue Byte and that they have no authority to help solve these problems. However, when these type of problems arise and affect the game play of the buyer, surely Support should step in and help as much as possible. At the moment if you can access and play the game then support will not help. One of my guild members had the case where the payment problem (which was not their fault) stopped them from getting their gems which they needed to "fast build" their troops to complete the Nords adventure before time ran out. As they could access the game, support refused to help. Surely in cases like these where it clearly DOES affect the game play, Support could and SHOULD offer more help.
