I've a quest to get a value oof 0 oof copper, of steel, of coal, and of bronze. I've as you said slept al that work with those resourses and on my quest stood that's done. Now I've also a quest(that same quest) that says to get a production value of at least 600 of bronze swords and i think also of steel swords. I've clicked on my bronze weaponsmith to work again but wen I've done that I see in my quests that the value of 0 aren't done. Do you get that?

I don't find my problem. Yes there is explained what to doe to "Have a production value of at least 0 every 12 hour(s) for resource x", but my quest is that but also value of 300 in that same quest.

You would be better off asking in the help chat so that someone can explain that quest to you. The guide that peck_ed has provided does give the solution, but it would be easier to talk to someone in real time as you try to complete the quest, rather than waiting for replies here.
