i too had same problem not long after starting the game and joining the guild.trade just kept spinning then kicked me from server when i tried to get back for almost a week it just said "server zone error please refresh".i contacted support a few times through the email them link in support and heard nothing at all but eventually it was sorted with no loss of lvl or any of my items so seems strange to me how support just offer an acc reset back to lvl 1? they already had and know of this problem with a few acc so this very strange to me is it just a time saving thing as they busy with other things in which case it not right to be treated this way? or have they suddenly forgot how to solve the problem?
