economic overview

hi there ,

in eco. overview if a building is upgrading the production still continue
but if you click on the building it is sorta Pauzed
so my suggestion was is a building is upgrading stop the production also in economic overview

I don't agree. At least with the current approach we can sleep the upgrading building to get the effect that you are suggesting. And we can see the 12hrly production of the upgrading building so we can estimate the effect of the upgrade etc. So I like it as it is - it gives more flexibility.

Also there are more important priorities for the development team.

Simple checkbox in the overview page would work. Include upgrading buildings, defaulted to on.
