That's not the feedback I saw or the action that I think was needed.
The problem with the Four Winds was that it was a lottery, not that it was difficult. You had to trust to luck to get the required rewards to move on to the next quest in the chain in time. Please, for the sake of all that is holy, remove the random elements to the quests if you're going to make the chain time limited.
"Difficulty" itself was not an issue. Do the developers actually read the feedback carefully enough?
