Quests can not count

Hi guys I am having troubles with miscounting quests. Some of them need me to buff 3 buildings with bascets, but I have to buff 4, so the quest can count 3. Some need me to buff with 20 sandwiches and is even worse. Yesterday I had to acquire 100 wheat (I think that means to produce it), but it counted 0 when I bought and only 14/100 while I was producing thousands. So I removed the quest it was obviously not working. Today I have a quest called Debts, it asks me to produce 50! golden mugs, but it obviously means 5, because I made 1, and it counted 10 So...what is going on with the quests, they do not work properly

Can't say for the other ones, but the mugs one wants you to produce 50 coins from the mugs, and you get 10 coins per go, so that one sounds like it's working properly (perhaps not worded well though).
