Bugged out Quest: System Functions

I just started playing and reached "Main Quest: System Functions". When I was supposed to click through the Forum, Archive/Shortcuts and Support nothing happen (the quest remains incomplete). Upon inspection the quest has no sub-quests anymore:

Also when I look around in the Archive area, I can edit the text. I think the (invisible) marker is starting to type at the [index of post]:th character.

I can write in all of the Archive topics.

The text is reset when I close and reopen.

Have you tried a refresh at all?

Yes I did. I have also rebooted my computer.

When I completed another quest (I had to wait for planks to complete) the list of quests refreshed. The sub-quest now appeared properly and I was able to quickly complete it.
