    why cant i play

    I have been trying to play for days , but when the page loads the progress bar only goes 3/4 of the way and then stops , it has been like that now for days , I keep hitting refresh every few hours but all I do is log in , and press play and it stop again . ??????????

    Try clearing your browser cache, sounds like you still have the old game code loaded from before Thursdays maintenance.

    If you're not sure how to clear the cache, try using another browser to confirm it's a client issue rather than something on your account
    I'm more than likely working right now.

    I have problem with my account it was blocked for unknown reaseon.. lord_Pionesa level 37 newfound land..supporters dont respond to my email..

    today is the third day...I was on dark priest adventure and everything stoped.... i send support mail earlier (2 montx ago) the respond for 5 min..and now they dont respond and i cant play.. anyone help..

    Sorry, I am confused, when did you sent in a ticket to Support? Have you tried clearing cache and using another browser?
    I'm more than likely working right now.
