Hi i was hoping to fix the issue as you told us with the previus maintance but continues as before. Is unfair to have some guilts quest and some not. 17 days now we don't have any guilt quest and you repaiy with 100ggc i was expecting more from you some players they spending hundreds of euro to a beta world. so we expecting more from you than 100ggc that they are only one GQ worth. Thank you.

On each side, you look at the situation, I see some faults :
    1. Because of the technical problems, the balance in guild system rewards was ruined.
    2. The reward vs guild benefit system is quite disproportionate (gain vs lost/ see the guild rewards in merchant).
    3. The compensatory system proposed is not satisfactory and equal in time spent vs guild rewards.
    4. If you propose something inferior to those lost, will attract long-term dissatisfaction. Players will understand once, but now you are starting a long chain of events (more resets in the future), so consequences should be considered.
5.The players, plays the game for fun, stress-release, 'mind killer' & so on and they don't want to be charged by 'negative environment', so the confort zone should be extended.
In my opinion, the winning card is negotiation and consultation with guild leaders and compromise with the community voices.

    hi there!

That ridicolous...its like you try to trick us with a candy.
Must of us spend plenty of hours here and we excpect some respect...
Its not a relief at all after all these days to receive 100ggc.
We spend money in this game...dont you think we deserve your attension?

Dont try o cover your mistakes...cover them with actions!

Dont blame me for my English...blame SIMOS!!!

Seems everyone wants an alternative to the 100 worthless guild coins being handed out, how about island of the pirates instead? At least people will have to complete the adventure to earn the loot and its a lot more useful as we regularly get it as a guild quest.

    Much simpler solution.
Send the Guild Quests back to BB_SlasH on the Test Server as "not fit for purpose" (he can always look back through his infamous 'No Bug' thread to remind why they should never have gone live!
Then just give everyone 100 guild coins per day as an additional login award.

    Everybody wins.
    Simples.

We were playing (finishing, completing) about 4-5 guild quests per week... that means 105ggc per coplete guild quest, plus 13 our individually, 118ggc/quest x (almost) 8-10 quests till now (and may be more), equals with about (at least) 1000ggc!!!

Now, I can not accept those 100gcc that you offer, as a gift, nore either consider that as a compensation to what we lost, and still losing.

If you can't supply us, if not with all the ggc that we are losing, but at least with a respectable rate of our lost, try at least to offer something different. And not coercive with gems.... maybe with a Nords that we MAY have bough with the ggc that we have lost, some gold fever, or something. But it is not acceptable for your supporters to lose 1000 of some item cause of the techical problems, and return back to them 100 of them.

I know that this is still beta edition, I know that we knew of the problems that we could face in here, certainly we have understanding about all this... still we are players and we want to join our game! And every time techical problems deprivates this from us, we are hopping of a reward for our paintience, and not only to take back the 1/10 of what we lose at the end.

I am totally unhappy with the way Blue Byte choose to comnfort us this time for the lost we have with those techical problems

This my personally opinion and only, and I don't want to be rude or offensive against anyone.

PS. And please forgive my English, I am coming from a non-English speaking country, and google-translate doesn't help me as much as I wish.
Nice said Hagg. We had 18 days WITHOUT guild quest. I LIKE the game and for this I PAY the game. I MUST have as a customer a little more than 100 gc. Its not my fault. It was a developer issue and as a developer i reward my customers for mistakes i make.

    Thank you

My guild have not had guild quests for 54 days (they needed 70 to 75 members to complete) and took max 36 hours each. So to date 36 rewards missed for our members. I think a game that despite being beta, invites players to invest in it by buying gems, should give reasonable compensation. I think 100 guild coins is ridiculous many of our members would have saved about 7,000 guild coins by now. Also we have lost members because of it.

There are 2 seperate problems with the missing guild quests...

1st the ggc that we are losing, and 2nd, the interest for the game that players losing

For the second problem, we solve it as a guild... we just started a summer contest, sending gifts to ALL players that they are riching levels... Reward including:

    1 noble
    3000 bronze swords
    2500 iron swords
    1000 steel swords
    5000 brew
    5000 bread
    250 dama swords
    250 cross

to ANY player of our guild that gains the next level.

That we did it only for one purpose... to keep the interest of our players ALIVE, as long as the guild quests are missing!!!

So, can you imagine what do we have to pay as guild leaders to our players, if 20-25-30-50 players gain the next level....? Too much!

But we did it!!! As players to other players, as guild leaders to our memebrs, just for sustisfied them, and keeping their ineterest alive in the game... for the game!

Well... if players (as we are) we are paying all that just to cover a techical issue in the game.... I can't even imagine, what Blue Byte should give to sutisfiy players that they are losing their inetrest because of that.

Personally, I am going to sell my 100ggc just for 1 fish! Can't take them, as long as my guild players have a problem with that!

I am a proud leader of a proud guild, one of the 15 larger guilds of Sandycove realm, and if I succeded that, that was because I was treating everyone with respect, and keeping my players always happy, and ofcourse by rewarding their efforts!

Reading all the post here, and replyies to my post, I am not regreting my first feedback.
At the end.... everything is going to be OK...
If it's not OK... it's not yet the end...

Rather bizarre last night, got the 100 g/coins on all 3 servers but only Newfoundland reset.
Northisle and Sandycove both removed the waiting g/quests, but the current ones remained still with the same progress as before the maintenance.
    We love our new CM.

    Newfoundland: 20th November 2011 to 25th November 2014. RIP
It was good while it lasted.

Thanks BB, 100 guild coin is fine by us we get our GQ done every day (efficient guild perhaps lol) anyway 100 guild coins is more than we would get anyway 70'ish

Smaller guild makes GQ a lot easier to do (no pirates no nords no dp needed)

    Cheers
