What does it mean to " Experience 3/4/5 NEW adventure"?. You have to do adventures that you have never done, or you have to start or get invited in 3/4/5 advetures, after you receive this subquest?

It would be nice if there was a little statue or something (that was untradeable) you could any get by finishing a crisis quiz, you could collect them by your mayor's house like little medals :-D

This quest line is impossible for anyone on rank 36 (I am currently). I don't have the Long Treasure Search option available, so am unable to complete the second quest. I would have to rank up a few times first, and the time limit would make that even more difficult to get done in time.

I'm fairly sure it just means you need to complete some adventures, if I'm not mistaken those crafty enough to have saved some of the Easter Adventures are in for an easy ride!

If I am producing Exo planks now, are that produced now counted to this future subquest or they will start counting from time subquest will be started ?

They will count from when the subquest activates, so sadly any produced now wont count

There will be people wondering what happens if you level up from, lets say lvl 35 to 36 during the event. Will you start getting tasks from 36-45 chain? Or is chain fixed at the start of the event? Might be worth including answer into FAQs.

Long treasure search is available from level 32
VERY long is available from level 40

No problems there

Yeah, was confusing Treasure search with Adventure search (Long Adventure Search is 42). Woops
