Very disappointed that this is not the first time we get problems after maintenance. Sometimes chat server is down, things are sluggish (more than usual) or can't even log in.
Been trying for over 2 hours now and BB aren't even on the case yet.

Support are aware of the problems and currently working to get the server online as soon as possible
Please be patient

To be fair, will you knowing which particular hamster has died and needs replacing change the speed at which that hamster gets replaced? No. So don't worry so much about ityes indeed, thank you for no relevant information what so ever. and i think over 2 hours IS rather what most folk would to refer to as pretty darn patient !!!
