Guild improvement, need ideas!!!

To all of you, please improve my ideas with yours!

I have a few suggestions to improve the working of guilds.
We all know the problem of inactive guild members...
I'd like to solve this with a few easy patches!

I read that there'll be a new patch for the guild leaders to see who hasn't completed his guild quest yet.
Great idea!
The guild members will be able to help each other better if this feature comes in.

But maybe it would also come in handy if the leaders could see how often their members are online:
Maybe there could be some sort of sign (a flag for instance) and the colour shows the latest login from this person.
-> green flag: 2 hours ago
-> blue flag: 12 hours ago
-> yellow flag: 24 hours ago
-> red flag: 2 days ago
-> purple flag: one week ago
-> last but not least the white flag: one month ago (doesn't play anymore)

My guild does an activity check each month but that isn't really useful. We are having a lot of problems with the inactive players between the two activity checks. (Our guild quest takes almost a week each time!!)



hmmm... I had a few ideas but ... can't remember them anymore

I would like to see a Guild Message Board. The ingame Guild Chat is not terribly useful, as it is cleared every time you log out. So you miss out on most discussions. I think it would be useful and encourage more Guild activity if members could plan and discuss things long term.
