Where did all the granaite go??

Rubbish, I have a nice big storage of granite and still find lots.

I'm running 4 1/2 medium searches a day, every day and I'm telling from experience that the quantities I get are way higher when I have close to 0 in storehouse than if I have more than 8k in storehouse and I've repeated this several times. Also exactly the same for my wife so its not just me. She seems to think leaving it in star menu helps but IDK.

Again what you have in storage has no effect on what you pick up. Might as well say when you rub the bald mans head before playing the lottery you have more chance of winning.

I have had 6 scouts and 3 explorers out doing long and medium treasure searches and I have gotten 3 lots of granite back from all those and in each case it was 10 units. Something has changed.

I am relaying my own and my wife's experiences, yours maybe different. Its working for me again I get rid of most of my Granite and again there bringing back 300-400 granite a search. I'll rub a bald man's head (my own) and see if that helps, let you know soon.

Unfortunately u can hit a run of no granite from adventures quite often, could be down to having too much in storage. tampering from bb or jus plain bad luck!
I had one of the worse runs in history just b4 the xmas event, it started with salt & titan ore from 2 ml's, then a couple of bk's & rb's with the same result, I then thought that its best to try a few adv with a 50% drop for granite. I then hit 12 pirates in a row with 3 or 4 sftr mixed in between, I was shocked to see no granite from any of them either. that's 22 adv without granite in a row (no typo!) I dare anyone to come on here with worse results than that!!
I had no choice but to equip all my scouts with the "find more granite from medium treasure searches". Thankfully they started bringing quite a bit bk and after trying a few new adv (rbn mainly) granite started appearing from adv again.
I couldn't really put my finger on why the granite stopped, trying different adv didn't work, after speaking to several ppl in chat & my fr list it was clear that many ppl were experiencing this as well.

You can date it though, very easily.
It was that disastrous update in November 2012, that's when the searches started to skew way off normal, it was also the point where lag became insane and regular, and sadly also the point where bug reports on the Test server began to be ignored, and flawed features went live regardless.
