Trade Office, some people buy with spare gems and sell for Coins
I'm more than likely working right now.

Okay....never seen one offered. Also not something that I can request for.

But, if really possible, then keep them coming, you gem monsters!

There are a lot on our servers going at the moment for about 600 Coins

Check under special buildings and make sure you have the "Deals I can't afford" box ticked
I'm more than likely working right now.

    1. You need way more than 300 troops if you want to do adventures, besides bounty hunter.
    2. Noble residences are for sale in the trade office, usually gc or granite.
    3. Instead of Recruits, use militia, or when needing to lose less than 500, take 499R and fill rest with M. They are more expensive and maybe not even worth the questreward. You could also just wait, save up gems you get every week, it's 100 now so that's one noble's residence a week. Save a couple of months and you can get a BHG.

Currently none for sale on Newfoundland; I'll keep on eye on the few things I can't afford from now on.
Doesn't explain though, why I cannot offer something else in return for it; I simply can't select it.

MrBranch, if I may make a suggestion, put an offer on TO selling 500gc for a noble residence and see if you get one. I also bought quite a few for 400 granite (on Sandycove).

I have replaced all of my building menu nobles with license free ones without buying one from the gem merchant. My population is 3000 now. You will get lots of licenses back. I don't think many players upgrade nobles to level 4.

I'm not running into a population limit issue; I'm running into a building licence issue.
Therefore I'm talking about the Noble Residence DEED.

Noble Residences are indeed for sale....but what use is that in my situation?

Most ppl in game who purchase the noble deeds for gems, will sometimes sell them in the Trade Office, alternatively you can make sure you get the 7 day log in reward, which is longer but still doable.

The noble residences you buy in TO or from the merchant for gems will not use a building license.
