Whaaaat??! Server down for 6 hours and production continues as if i was log in? Does this mind i've just lost my high level gold mine and all my gold stuff will be running unbuffed cause they did shut it down 2 minutes earlier? My god, this is horrible, as horrible as to don't even know how can i recover from such a disaster, unless I hopefully and wishfully missed something that will save me in the comments to come bellow

You should learn the lesson now. Never do it in last minute. I shut down my gold chain 5hrs earlier. I don't think anyone can help you with that. 5 min earlier/late is reasonable. Sorry for your loss but BB didn't do anything wrong
