Check under the buffs tab in your Star Menu, if they do not automatically appear in there, check to see if you have them as a reward sitting in your mail still

They go into your menu. I had loads of buffs and adventures that I couldn't find them at first but they are there. Ive not heard of a bug that makes them disappear once you've purchased them.
no nothing there.... looked many times after this post.. I need just that xp from that quest to raise my level up
You probably added them before the quest came live.
Solution: kill more bandits, clear another sector, get 10 more licences, complete quest
