Forbidden Message on Test Server

Well, I am locked out of the test server with a Forbidden Message. 404 Not Found.
Tried clearing cache, cookies, browser history. Clearly I am not destined to play in Fairy Land.
Can't even report this on the link to test server problems. I get the same message.
Hope this gets read here and the problem can be sorted.

it is afternoon now and I am still unable to get past the forbidden Message.. sad now

Forbidden is 403

(404 is can't be found)

But yeah, I also hope to get in soon

403 might be the code for forbidden but on the interwebs a 404 page is forbidden by interweb users
